Human ismore and more interested in the outer space travel, outer space legislation,especially on the outer space travel, is more and more important for this emergingfield.In this paper, the three main treaties of outer space activities in thespecification are the starting point, through the analysis of the background of outerspace tourism and domestic and foreign research in this area to determine the scopeof the study. Analysis the status and role of these three treaties in the specificationof outer space tourism activities, in-depth discussion the state responsibility, thequestion of damages and registration system in the "Outer Space Treaty”,“LiabilityConvention” and “Registration Convention”.On this basis, further analysis of the outstanding problems in these treaties, inorder to clear the need to regulate outer space tourism activities. Approach andactively explore the current circumstances to solve the existing problems in thetreaty, under the efforts of the parties, improve regulation in this area, including therole of international judicial institutions can play in this area, as well as the law ofthe land supplement on this issue. Finally, to make outer space travel has a betterspace for development, put forward the idea to solve the problems in the treaty,actively strengthen the cooperation between countries, dedicated to develop aunified specification of outer space tourism legislation and establish their owndispute solution mechanism.At the same time, china as space powers, the future is likely to become a bigtourism country of outer space. With the successful docking tasks of the Temple oneand Shenzhou No.9. China in building a space station also has the condition.Involved in the relevant provisions of the treaty for outer space travel should also be actively cooperate with, given our legislative countermeasures in order topromote the development of tourism in the outer space.
