Along with fully integrated transformation of China’s socio-economic, politicalculture and spirit of the Internet "in the full range of import of all areas of society,has led to our existing copyright legal system is difficult to meet the multi-levelmodern society, public demand for a wide range of interests,and shows that thealienation and avoidance of copyright licensing model, the fuzzy boundaries ofemerging industries and regulatory mechanisms are inadequate, policy and legalcode enforcement, poor complex interest, equitable distribution is difficult, highinfringement hidden, lower risk, the heavy burden of proof in litigation costshighand low compensation standards and many other issues. The further developmentand innovation the way out of copyright legal system in China is to build a newcopyright licensing models, improve copyright infringement management systemand monitoring mechanism, and strengthen the execution and effectiveness ofpolicies and laws and regulations, comprehensive legislation to accelerate the fieldof copyright, to correctly handle multiple subjects between the interests ofestablishing and perfecting a powerful multi-copyright protection mechanism, adhereto innovation, the formation of a new system of copyright legal system with Chinesecharacteristics.
