Research On The Cultural Construction In Yan’an New Rural Areas At The Present Stage

The construction of new socialist countryside is an important foundation of buildinga moderately well-to-do society, is an important measure to promote a harmonioussocialist society. The building of a new socialist countryside is a great project, one thatcontains the system of economic construction, political construction, culturalconstruction, social construction, and cultural development is an integral part. However,in the building of a new socialist countryside, Yan’an downplayed cultural construction,resulting in many problems, such as weakening of rural community culture, culturalsupply shortage, limited cultural content, low consumption level in spiritual culture, lackof cultural carrier, few routes of cultural transmission, reduction in cultural function,forward guiding effects not strong, etc. Thus it severely restricted the new ruralconstruction, comprehensive urban and rural development in Yan’an. The deep-seatedreasons mainly are: the new rural culture concept is not strong, the main body of thebuilding is missing; backward rural productivity, lack of capital investment in the field ofculture; cultural building system at a disadvantage, and operation mechanism is notflexible; new rural cultural market is not mature. The imbalance between supply anddemand of cultural products; new rural cultural environment is increasingly complex, theinfluence of the tradition and the western culture. To this end, it must be try to changeperception, cultivate new team in cultural construction, develop rural productivity andincrease investment. All the efforts will be economical security for cultural constructionin new areas. Second, try to strengthen system construction, promote cultural systematicinnovation, extend rural cultural market, propel cultural industry, create vigorous culturalenvironment and promoting the healthy development of new rural culture and other ways, and vigorously to resolve the various problems faced by the Yan’an new rural culturalconstruction, promoting the cultural construction of comprehensive health andsustainable development in Yan’an rural areas.
