In thesecond part, the present situation of regulation of Internet auction fraud practice in China and theexisting problems will be as the breakthrough point, analyzes the dilemma we are facing aboutregulating the internet auction fraud. Then，in the third part, we detailed introduct regulation ofInternet auction fraud practice in the U.S.A, as a revelation to our country when regulating theInternet auction fraud. The fourth part，on the basis of the actual situation of our country and therelevant system of US, I would Put forward some feasible suggestions to regulate the internetauction fraud. In particular, the suggestions include improving the legislation of Onlinetrading、Strengthen the supervision of internet auction、improving the judicial reliefprocedures、establishing online dispute resolution mechanism as the bran-new relief way、strengthen the responsibility of the website、establishing a reliable environment of the internettrading and establishing credit system.The purposes of the suggestions are to perfect the system of internet auction、regulate the actions of internet auction、safeguard the legitimate rights of thepeople who take part in the internet auction、and then promote healthy development of theinternet auction market.
