Recalling the course of world economic development can be found, andeconomic development have shown the obvious regional characteristics. In China,this feature is particularly obvious. Since the founding of New China, China hasimplemented a balanced development strategy, non-balanced development strategy.Although the national economy has indeed been rapid development, but the problemof unbalanced regional economic development has not been resolved, or even veryserious regional market segmentation, regional environmental degradation, regionaleconomic problems, but there should be a regional economic law does not wellestablished.Throughout China’s economic law, first of all there is no legal authorityavailable for use with the zoning framework, followed by specialized functionaldepartments of the overall arrangements for the formulation and implementation ofregional economic planning and regional economic policies and lack of a soundimplementation of the regional economic planning and regional economicpolicymonitoring and evaluation mechanism, and then the lack of promoting regionaleconomic cooperation, an effective mechanism to break the regional blockade,borrowing from regional sustainable economic development evaluation index systemand safeguard measures.The Nagayoshi map "regional economic integration as an opportunity, the basictheory of the study area of economic law, build a regional economic and legalsystem provide theoretical support and practical guidance on sustainabledevelopment of regional economic coordination to achieve Changjitu.This paper studies the regional economic integration and development of thestatus quo, to analyze the feasibility of regional economic integration for theChangjitu. Then focuses on the theory of regional economic law constitute thelegislative purpose and the basic principles on the basis of the legislative purpose and the basic principles. The end of the article combined with the success andfailures of the past, regional economic integration process, given the threerecommendations of the the Nagayoshi map area to be considered in the formulationof economic law in the process of economic integration development. The threeproposals that can effectively help and promote "Changjitu" regional economicintegration and development and China’s regional economic law theory.
