With the continuous development of education informationization, the ability of education technology has become an indispensable part in teacher’s professional quality.Therefore, how to develop teacher education technique ability is a problem to be solved.TAPCK framework is put forward by American scholars Mishra and Koehler. It describes what knowledge should prepare for the effective use of technology in teaching.TPACK includes seven part of knowledge: Content Knowledge, Pedagogical Knowledge, Technology Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge, Technological Content Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Knowledge, Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. TPACK framework aims to build a knowledge system of how to integrate technology into classroom teaching for teachers. Preservice education is a key part of the teachers’ systematic professional developing. And there is few studies of measuring tool for English teachers’TPACK in existing literatures. Therefore, this paper studied the TPACK evaluation and development of English presevice teachers. Firstly, this paper developed a scale for English teachers’ TPACK., and then carried out a survey to investigate the English pre-sevice teachers from a certain university; Secondly, I tried to training students to make micro-lesson,in order to develop their TPACK.The full paper is composed of the following six chapters:The first chapter expounds the origin of this research, and summarizes the general situation of the research about TPACK framework, and illustrates the main problems and methods of this research, and define the related core concepts.The second chapter reviews related literatrues about the Teacher Knowledge, Pedagogical Content Knowledge(PCK), Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK).The third chapter expounds the design process of the TPACK questionnaire.The fourth chapter expounds the degree of differentiation, reliability and validity of the TPACK survey questionnaire, and analyzes the results of the survey of English pre-sevice teachers’ TPACK in a certain universities.The fifth chapter expounds the causes and strategies on the development of TPACK of English pre-sevice teachers.And then expounds the implementation of micro-lesson training for English pre-sevice teachers in a certain university, and their mirco-lesson and their feeling.The sixth chapter summarizes research achievements and deficiencies in this paper.
