Objective The development of moral psychology in medical students plays animportant role in the growth of them and the development of medical career. Theirlevel of moral development is closely associated with them in the future to showprofessionalism in their work. This will directly related to the future situation of thedoctor-patient relationship, medical industry atmosphere and social influence. Moreand more data and events in the healthcare industry indicates that, the doctor-patientcontradiction intensified. This makes the society to re-examine the issue of moraleducation of medical students. However, the study of moral psychologicaldevelopment status of domestic lack of medical students. Moral Judgment Test,College Students’ Belief in a Just World Scale, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C wereused to study the contemporary medical students moral judgment ability, justice beliefs,caring level status, and gender differences in anxiety and feelings to the extent ofmaking moral dilemma decisions. And through the analysis of psychological factors onthe characteristics and changes of the doctor-patient relationship and improvementof both sides, explore ways to improve medical students’ moral education, in order tohelp improve the present situation of medical students moral education.Methods429college students of clinical medicine (freshmen to the fifth grade) fromAnhui Medical University, the number of each grade, and age, gender within eachgrade matched. Empirical studies using Moral Judgment Test, College Students’ Beliefin a Just World Scale and Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C. Theory research based onthe analysis of the characteristics and change tendency of doctor-patient relationship on psychological factors (cognitive, emotional feelings, empathy, and transference), drawsinspiration to improve moral education for medical students.Results1. MJT C test scores: freshman (29.63±8.10), sophomore (27.25±9.38),junior (26.99±7.39), senior (25.28±10.99), University of fifth grade (27.72±8.91),Grade scores differ significantly (P=0.036), the overall downward trend.2. Conductingethical dilemmas choice to feel the pressure and anxiety, there is a significant genderdifference (P=0.001), girls (2.74±0.913) than boys (2.46±0.778).3. All gradesscored just world beliefs significant difference (P=0.009), and all grades sympatheticconcern scores significantly different (P=0.000). Both scores showed a downwardtrend.4. Research on psychological factors and trend characteristics of thedoctor-patient relationship inspired us focus on medical students humane care,attention to the common development of emotional intelligence and IQ.Conclusion The level of moral development of medical students have a downwardtrend. The traditional education of medical students is not conducive to the formationof future ethical. The way of moral education needs to be improved and innovation.And the Analysis of doctor-patient relationship both psychological characteristics andchange tendency on psychological factors has important practical implications formedical students moral inspiration.
