The Application Of The Traditional Chinese Courtyard In Thecontemporary Meticulous Flowers And Birds Painting

With the development of the Chinese history, the pursuit to the traditional culture and national spirit constantly calls that contemporary artists should inherit the traditional culture and develop the new aesthetic realm at the same time. The application of putting the traditional Chinese courtyard, as a kind of creative element,in thecontemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting meets the aesthetic needs of contemporary people as well as the spirit of the times. In the context of contemporary art, the research on the cultural heritage and connotation of the Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting will be more urgent. I find that the research about the application of putting the traditional Chinese courtyard in the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting is not comprehensive and clear, so a deeper study will be conducted. This paper will show the application, performance and impact of the traditional Chinese courtyard in the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting through some representative creations of the contemporary artists and provide a new perspective for the development of the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting. With the combination of the theory and practice, I elaborate the revelations, which come from the traditional Chinese courtyard, to my group creations, named "Sentimental Journey". By this way, I try to make some inspiration and reference significance for the development of the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting.The first chapter of this paper concisely introduces the reason and the significance of this research as well as the research status. To prove the feasibility of this thesis, I collect the contemporary writings and documents.The second chapter of this paper presents the relationship between the traditional Chinese courtyard and paintings in detail. I analyze the change of the traditional Chinese courtyard space, which means the transformation from the purely defensive physical space to the cultural space to meet the spiritual needs of people. The change from the cultural space to the paiting space providing the objects and places for the hosts is also analyzed. The objects and places of the creations are divided into three categories, called the royal gardens, nobles literati courtyards and public courtyards. The analysis on the commonality of the aesthetic about the charm and mood, metaphor and symbol, harmony and order in the traditional Chinese courtyard and painting is foundation of the deep study of this paper.The third chapter shows the application of the traditional Chinese courtyard in the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting, belonging to the key chapters. First, the application of the symbols of the traditional Chinese courtyard, such as bird, lake, stone, wall, windows and doors, building castles, in the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting is described in detail, and we list a large number of pictures of the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting as the article material. The effects that the landscape perfect mood of the picture, the flowers and birds adorn the life of the picture, windows expand the performance space, abstract distortion enrich perfomance image are formed. I try to provide the cultural background of the courtyard, the idea of contemporary artists on the courtyard and cultural implications of the works by analyzing the creations of the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting artists.The fourth chapter describes the inspiration from contemporary traditional courtyard arising to my. works," Sentimental Journey " for example, with the combination of the theory and practice. The thought that the creations should have the cultural heritage and highlight the contemporary characteristics at the same time is noted.The fifth chapter is the conclusion. The feasibility of this essay is proved with the description of the first few chapters and I make the conclusion of the ideas of this paper.The analysis of the background, culture and knowledge of the courtyard types, the idea of the courtyard, aesthetic emotion, cultural heritage of the contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting artists and my feelings proves that contemporary Meticulous Flowers and Birds Painting in the development process should be based on the performance of national characteristics and cultural spirit and aslo constantly reflect the characteristics of the times.
