Construction Grammar theory (CG),which is increasingly popupar in the world of pycology and linguistics, was founded by Goldberg late last century. The Construction Grammar Theory holds that the Construction Grammar is a complex of phonology, semantic meaning and progmatic use of language in a cognitive way. Based on prevailing linguistic theories such as UG, CG and CL, this paper centers on the studies of such phrasal structures as "YOU+N" and "EAT’realated phrases, and the sentence structures like construction with Double Objects,"Ba" Construction and construction with Direction Complements, etc. So that the limitations of the constructions in semantic meaning could be visible and grammar Errors could be avoided.It is apparent that how powerful the CG congintively explains the meanings of structures. The cause of the errors will be of more value than the errors themselves. The common of the CG, the critical point and creativness of the paper, are proved in the definities and indefinities of subjects or objects, also in the stress of the accent and its directions carried by the verbs or the other parts in a sentence. Analysed in the right and wrong way, the use of Construction Grammar from considerable English and Chinese grammatically-related words and structures will draw a conclusion that the interaction among constructions is always there. For the better demonstrations of the Constructions Grammar in the class of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages, the Teaching and Learning Strategies on the basis of Construction Grammar are come up with at the end of this paper.
