The Research On "Five-guarantees" System In Hebei Province During1956-1978

After the founding of new China, the newborn, rural areas exist a cross-species youngdisadvantaged groups, worrying that their living conditions, in order to solve the problem oftheir survival and living, the central committee of the communist party of China has carriedon the positive exploration, gradually formed the “five guarantees” system, this is verynecessary at the time.
