Fuzziness is the basic attribute of language, the fuzzy phenomenon widely exists in the language, playing an important role. In recent years, scholars made researches in the fuzzy language in the special context of diplomatic activity from the aspects of semantics pragmatics and so on, but mostly focus on the description and functional analysis of the fuzzy language phenomenon, few researches in implied meaning generation and understanding of diplomatic fuzzy language. Therefore, this article will attempt to use the theory of cognitive science research results, cognitive perspective theory and space blending theory to discuss the problem.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part is the first chapter:Introduction, It mainly introduced the fuzzy language and diplomatic language research background, the purpose of this study, the research methods, the source of corpus. The second part is chapter two, three, four, It is the main part of the paper. First, we combined with a large number of real corpora, made a detailed description of the manifestation and its basic characteristics of diplomatic fuzzy language in vocabulary, sentence and discourse; Then use the blending space theory to analyze the generation process and generating mechanism of implicit meaning of diplomatic fuzzy language; Finally, we discussed understanding of implied meaning in diplomatic fuzzy language from the knowledge of cognitive perspective.
