The Textural Research On Citation Of Sanli In Lishan’s Annotation Of Wenxuan

Wenxuan, also called Zhaoming Wenxuan, which is compiled by Zhaomingcrown prince in the Southern Dynasty, is thefirst existing poetryanthology in China and honored as head of anthologies and source of essays. As Wenxuan brings together a number of previous literature works, so it attracted the feudal intellectuals’attention. And the annotation of Wenxuan emerged in large numbers, the most famous one of them is that Li Shan annotated in Tang Dynasty. Lishan’s annotation cited voluminous books, up to more than one thousand kinds, making the thousands of years between Wenxuan and Lishan’s annotation in the relationship, the spread of annotation depended on Wenxuan, Wenxuan was famous for Lishan’s annotation. Lishan’s annotation saved many disappeared fragments of ancient books, that become the important references of Chinese Philology, gloze and collation, collenction, research.Sanli is the main contents of the Theory of Rites, also the focus of the Confucian Classics. Sanli has recorded lots of ancient Chinese political system and etiquette, used the mysterious terminologies, but spreading so far it existed too many errors to see its original manuscript, especially the differences between different editions are difficult to determine, so the citation of Sanli seen in other texts is then avaluable reference for the collation of Sanli. The citation of Sanli in Lishan’s annotation is numerous,from these citation we can see some basic situations of Sanli in Tang Dynasty.This paper mainly studies the similarities and differences between the citation of Sanli in Lishan’s annotation and Sanli in the current Thirteen Classics. At the same time,the paper simply describes the basic situation of Sanli, the present research status at home and abroad, the significance,methods and contents of the research.This article consists of four parts:the first part is the introduction, including an overview of the basic situation of Sanli, the present research status of the Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan, the significance, methods and contents of the research of this paper.The second part is the textual collation of the citation of Zhouli in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan. Firstly, it shows the basic situation of the citations of Zhouli in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan, and list the number of citation in each volume and the citations which can’t be found in Zhouli in the current Thirteen Classics, then, do a statistic of the total number of the citation; Secondly, drew the contrast between the274citations of Lishan’s annotation and Zhouli in the current Thirteen Classics, to do the textual collation.The third part is the textual collation of the citation of Yili in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan. Firstly, it shows the basic situation of the citations of Yili in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan, and list the number of citation in each volume and the citations which can’t be found in Yili in the current Thirteen Classics, then, do a statistic of the total number of the citation; Secondly, drew the contrast between the54citations of Lishan’s annotation and Yili in the current Thirteen Classics, to do the textual collation.The forth part is the textual collation of the citation of Liji in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan. Firstly, it shows the basic situation of the citations of Liji in Lishan’s annotation of Wenxuan, and list the number of citation in each volume and the citations which can’t be found in Liji in the current Thirteen Classics, then, do a statistic of the total number of the citation; Secondly, drew the contrast between the447citations of Lishan’s annotation and Liji in the current Thirteen Classics, to do the textual collation.
