Han Fei Study The Culture Of Jin State

Han Fei is a Legalism representative in the late Warring StatesPeriod. He combines law，power and method thought of the earlystage of the Warring States Period and establishes a set of thecomplete rule of law ideology, which provides a theoretical basis forthe feudal centralized system. As the last philosophor in the pre-qinperiod, Han Fei have more opportunity to to understand the historyand the thought of pioneer widely. Han Fei，s article also involves manyhistory and culture about the state of Jin. Han Fei researches thehistory and culture about the state of Jin from the perspective ofLegalism and also presents a new point of view.On the basis of collecting, classifying and investigating Han Fei’sarticle about the data of Jin State, this thesis summarizes Han Fei’spoint of view which is after the research of Jin’s history and culture.This thesis also attempts to conduct a more comprehensive andreasonable explanation about Han Fei’s thought.The thesis contains five parts which analyze Han Fei’s point ofview about the history events of Duke Wen of Jin hegemony, LI JiRebellion, Duke Li of Jin Killed, the Fall of State of Jin, and the Deathof Zhi respectively. This thesis also try to explore Han Fei’s originthought about the history events of Jin State.Through the collection, classification, and research on Han Fei theory’s point of view, this thesis can help to further explore thehistorical data of traditional literature of Jin state and to facilitate thefurther research on state Jin culture. This thesis also can broadenhorizon on the research of Jin state from the perspective of Legalism.
