The Chinese private enterprises continue to grow and develop so quickly as tobecome an important part of the country’s economic. As to the end of June2008, theprivate enterprises has accounted for61%of the total number of enterprises. Becauseany market economy will continue to exist contradictions about capital inherent natureof pursuing the interests, the owners of capital to maximize profits and workers topursue the maximum payment for labor and labor rights. Labor-capital relationsconflicts of confrontations, frictions, contradictions between employers and employeeshave been gradually showing up. Bringing the moral and ethical norms into theday-to-day human resource management activities, striking a balance of the distributionof benefits and building a Harmonious labor-capital relations in private enterprises,have great significance to promote enterprise progress, social management, andeconomic and social comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.In this paper, the labor-capital relations of private enterprises in our country arethe research object. First I analyze the significance of constructing harmoniouslabor-capital relations in private enterprises; second I propose the ethical basis ofconstructing a harmonious labor-capital relations of private enterprises; third I analyzethe influencing factors on the harmonious labor-capital relations of private enterprisesfrom the perspective of ethics; at the end I put forward some effective measures tosolve the problem. The innovation of this paper is studying and analyzing thelabor-capital relations of private enterprises in china from the ethical perspective; andthen to seek the best balance of interests both sides of labor-capital relations. The finalpurpose is to achieve the best balance the distribution of interests between the owner oflabor and the owner of the means of production, and the harmonious labor-capitalrelations come true in the future.
