The Research On The Ethical Problems Of Cyber Communication Security In China

Like the two faces of one coin,Science and technology have two sides,so it is the Network communication technology.We use the network communication technology later compared with the west countries,and like new things always befall difficulties,when we have used to the network technology,we remain have to face up to the difficulty,mainly including the network coummunicaiton security issues.Based on the field study of the Philosophy of Science and Technology and their ethics,this thesis is targeted on the Network communication security.The paper tries to study the problems in the field of the network security and discern the ethical principles.Part Ⅰ:Preface.Analysing this paper’s purpse and significance,clarifying the study’s environment.taken as a whole.Indicating the study’s innovation and the insignificancy,and at last,pointing out the research methods.Part Ⅱ:making further study into the theoretical bases used in the paper.Summarizations including several cases with network security characteristics.PartⅢ:Problems are analysed in the field of network secutiy,making studies based on the idealistic and actual issues.Ethical principles are analysed in the field of the network secutiy.Based on the traditional science and technology ethical principles,compared with the modern society principles,Part Ⅳ:Based on the study,the paper tries to propose the appropriate strategies and methods.The conclusion part of thesis is at the end,summing up the contentions and problems that remain to go deep into.While paying great attention to the problems of the network security, with the development of the network technology, we have to rely on the self-regulation,so it is urgent to make the ethical rules applying to everyone,and the rules conduct in business.
