Bergson’s Bioethics is one of the important school of the modern ethic theories. his ethic thought of dual origin apply Bioethics and theory of evolution to ethics. it study the essence of ethics from a new perspective. its theoretical achievement is essential to understand the contemporary ethical state in China. this article was divided in four parts:in the first part, we discussed the background and the theory root of it of Bergson’s ethics. he was mainly influenced by four kinds of philosophical thought. they are theory of evolution of Darwin and Spencer, voluntarism of Nietzsche, irrationalism of Schopenhauer and Bioethics of Dilthey.in the second part, we introduced the life theory as the metaphysical foundation of Bergson’s Bioethics and the criticize to Kant’s ethics. all ethics are not exist in isolation. so basically, Bergson’s Bioethics is the application of his life philosophy.in the third part, we illustrates Bergson’ study from following perspective, he divided moral into the instinctive moral and intellectual moral, social ethics and human morality. In addition, he also believes that we should be a distinction between morality and obligations.in the last part, we discusses our current moral status and moral dilemmas that we faced, and discussed how to reconstruct our country’s moral order problems from Bergson ethics point of view.
