As an important part of adolescent life satisfaction, Friendship satisfaction would have anegligible effect for the healthy growth of young people. Friendship is a one-to-oneinteraction between two individuals, and reflects the degree of the emot ional connectionbetween the two individuals. And friendship satisfaction is the extent to which individuals oftheir friendship quality to meet their own psychological needs as a whole evaluation.Therefore, we will be adolescent friendship quality and life satisfaction as the entry point, andinvestigate the Structure and feature of friendship quality. And then from the point of view ofthe implicit social cognition, we discussed the mental processing bias of friendshipsatisfaction. Finally, we discuss the role of friendship satisfaction in the relationship betweenagreeableness and adaptive behavior in school.In this study, the sampling was970adolescent individuals. we explore the structure offriendship satisfaction through the Exploratory Factor Analysis with482in the sample andConfirmatory Factor Analysis with488subjects, then explore the characteristic of adolescentfriendship satisfaction through variance analysis970subjects. We explore the role ofadolescent Friendship Satisfaction in the relationship Agreeableness and Adaptive Behavior inschool through regression method with970subjects.The conclusions are as below:(1) The structure of adolescent friendship satisfaction is composed of close communication,trust, help/care about, support, conflict.(2)The questionnaire has good reliability and validity, a nd can be used as the effectivemeasuring tool of adolescent friendship satisfaction.(3) Adolescent friendship satisfactions exists grade differences significantly.(4)The adolescent friendship satisfaction exist significant gender differences, and girls’ wassignificantly higher thanboys’.(5)Friendship satisfaction explicit and implicit level psychological process is relativelyindependent but closely linked.(6)Adolescent friendship satisfaction mediate the relationshipship between agreeableness andlearning sharing behavior.(7)Adolescent friendship satisfaction mediate the relationshipship between agreeableness andhostility.
