The implementation plan involves a wide range of contents. It details specific tasks, serves the role of improving work efficiency, and is an important precondition for successfully finishing the tasks. Practical situations are always complicated by their particular requirements, therefore demand thorough and detailed analysis for proper implementation plan writing. A clear and practical implementation plan could greatly facilitate problem solving and effective control of the implementation process. In this thesis, based upon careful reading of the literature, I study the important aspects of the writing of implementation plans. I analyze with practical examples the thinking of writing, the process of writing, and the construction of the writing structure. At the end of the thesis, I give preliminary discussions about the integration of modern information technology into implementation plan writing, and its future prospects. |
