Radical from generation, development to improve experienced a long period of time. During the boom of the Qin and Han dynasties, there are various braille books and the childish literacy textbooks, which laid the foundation for the birth of the <Shuo Wen Jie Zi>. Xu Shen codification of the <Shuo Wen Jie Zi> and created the radical. It is the first time sorting word books with radical, which opened a new chapter in the history of Chinese characters. There are principles in radical the establishment radical establishment and Chinese characters owned by the Ministry of <Shuo Wen Jie Zi>. More importantly, radical and normalized ministry style of <Shuo Wen Jie Zi> created important impact on the later word book codification. Many braille books to imitate the<Shuo Wen Jie Zi>, Yu Pian wrote by Gu Ye Wang is one of the representative.works, was influenced by <Shuo Wen Jie Zi> in radical setting up as well as Chinese characters owned by the ministry and developed on the basis of <Shuo Wen Jie Zi>. After the advent of <Yu Pian>, there are great change in <long kan shou jing> wrote by Shi Xing Jun,<Long Kan Shou Jing> had changed <Shuo Wen Jie Zi> and<Yu Pian> in Chinese radicals and owned by the ministry of Chinese characters. The generation of <Long Kan Shou Jing> marks the Chinese radicals and owned by the Ministry of Chinese characters had developed to a new stage.In this paper, I compare <Shuo Wen Jie Zi>,<Yu Pian> and <Long Kan Shou Jing> focusing on three aspects,Including radical constitute, radical establishment and the normalized Ministry of Chinese characters. From which summarized the development trends and patterns of Chinese radicals as well as owned by the ministry of Chinese characters. This inquiry can make up for the deficiencies of the traditional Chinese character studies, and also provide a reference for the science of the study of modern Chinese characters.
