Piano arrangement plays an important role in piano music. The Nightingale is oneof the most famous works of the russian composer Aleksandr Aljabjev which has lyricromantic tunes and artistic conception distant. There are many adapted versions fromthe original work of the Nightingale, such as the Russian composer Glinka adaptedpiano music of the Nightingale and the Hungarian Liszt adapted representatives of theromantic period of the Nightingale. These two piano arrangements with the same namerepresent a unique music style and creative features, beauty is different but the use issimilarly. In this paper, we will investigate the two adapted works from the Nightingale,comparing the original one, the Glinka one and the Liszt one, in musical styles, as wellas authoring features of resolution.This article is mainly focusing on the musical creation and the piano playingofthese two adapted works, the comparison between them leads us a research of methodson these two works, and the analysis of the inner features, similarities and differenceslocates the commons and characteristics. For the future research, learning, teaching andapplication plays an active role.
