Discussion On The Effect Of The Xinjiang Folk Song Makes On The Xinjiang Popular Music

Xinjiang, as the intersection of the Silk Road, has always been connecting theEurasian continent, which makes Xinjiang an important area in which all kinds ofancient cultures, such as Chinese, Indic, Egyptian, Roman and Grecian culture haveimpacted each other for its special geographical position and natural environment,and finally Xinjiang got its unique culture of art. Uygur song and dance is theessence of this Xinjiang culture, and Uygur song is the great creative created byXinjiang people. As the times progress, pop music has become a kind of importantmusical form, and seep into people’s lives. The development of Xinjiang pop musichas inherited the Xinjiang traditional musical style and absorbed internationalizationmusical concept, so Xinjiang pop music takes on an obvious nationality andepidemicity as increasing various music elements.This paper takes Xinjiang Uygur songs as main object, and researches theoverall shape of Xinjiang uygur folk songs by introducing the origin, culturalbackground and musical features of Xinjiang Uygur; explore the relationship andtransmission link between Xinjiang pop music and Xinjiang uygur folk song in viewof the present diversified trend of pop music creation. This paper researches theapplication of the Uygur folk songs in Xinjiang popular music based on the realizingXinjiang Uygur music, and comes to a deep thought about value and significance ofXinjiang Uygur music influences Xinjiang pop music. This paper shows that: duringthe development of Xinjiang pop music, Uygur song makes an important part inpushing forward the development of Xinjiang pop music creation, and promoting thespread of it. Integrating Uygur songs with Xinjiang pop music as a whole willfacilitate the spreading and development of both of two music forms above.This research uses Literature Survey, Case Study method, Exemplification toanalyze the Uygur songs and Xinjiang popular musicThis article contains five parts.Part I is Introduction, putting forward the status, pathway, purpose andsignificance of this study.Part II introduces developing history of Xinjiang pop music in period of1949-1980s, period of reform and opening up to2000s and The western developmentperiod.Part III summarizes the culture of Xinjiang Uygur Song mainly in geographicalenvironment, Ethnic origin, language culture and music style.Part IV researches on adaption of Uygur songs and Xinjiang pop music createdby the elements of folk songs.Part V thinks on the influence that Uygur song makes on the pop music inUygur musical element and exotic style that Xinjiang Pop music contains.
