Nowadays, lots of scholars work on foreign trade correspondence, but most oftheir study focuses on a kind of microcosmic research on the content of foreign tradecorrespondence, for example, language characteristics, pragmatic strategies, culturaldiversities, translational skills of foreign trade correspondence, and so on. However, most of the above experts andlinguists study the discourse of Foreign Trade Correspondence from the aspects oflanguage, vocabulary, and sentence pattern. Nevertheless, understandings of humanbeings on connotative power relations and ideology in correspondence and awarenessof language diversity in cross-cultural communication need to be improved.
