Xi’an deep, distant historical and cultural heritage, the development of its culturalindustry laid the endowment. Explore to enhance industrial competitiveness of Xi’an historicaland cultural mix of strategies, both Xi’an cultural industries and the development of its owncharacteristics, the era of expanding their influence proposition, is also a constantly updatedtheoretical works and escalating process of practice. Therefore, this "cultural industrycompetitiveness","value chain" theory research base for the study of the value chain and thehistorical and cultural industries to enhance the competitiveness of coupling associatedcontext constitute a comprehensive survey of Xi’an history and culture of the industry valuechain, the use of value chain analysis methods to control the Xi’an historical and culturalindustry chain explore the key link; using scientific research methods to build the evaluationmodel for the history and culture of industrial competitiveness, cultural resources, the scale ofthe industry, market performance, market demand, social conditions the Xi’an historical andcultural industry empirical research; clarify the status of Xi’an historical and cultural industrialcompetitiveness by comparison with other cities, several major problems in the developmentprocess and its advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges; Finally, the formationof three-dimensional integration of cultural resources based on policy, as a fundamentalstrategy to enhance cultural products, focusing on cultural marketing strategy, value-added tothe value of cultural consumption for the extension of the strategy and comprehensive supportto the development of culture as a pilot strategy combination of mechanisms, all directional,multi-angle, build deep-seated historical and cultural industry from resource development toproduct upgrade the whole value chain, from the integration of marketing and customermanagement. Ultimately the formation of the support Xi’an historical and cultural industriesto enhance the competitiveness of the "four in one" strategy system.
