Under the background of Chinese international promotion, the localdevelopment present situation and problems of Chinese teachers, is helpful toimprove native Chinese teachers’ professional quality, and is beneficial to cultivatethe nationality of Chinese teaching, Chinese teaching material and teaching methodis beneficial to developing country. The purpose of this study is based on the surveyof local Chinese language teachers to come to kyrgyzstan,kyrgyzstan Chineseteaching present situation and the development of Chinese teaching.Through questionnaire survey and interviews to kyrgyzstan native Chineseteachers to carry on the investigation and study, on the basic information of the localChinese language teachers, teaching conditions, to participate in training, did asurvey of teachers’ professional development, and so on and so forth, in the processof writing by SPSS16software analyses the data. During analysis it is concluded thatthe problems of local Chinese teachers, and puts forward the corresponding solutionsto the problem.In kyrgyzstan, native Chinese teacher’s investigation and study, kyrgyzstannative Chinese teacher’s basic situation. Local Chinese language teachers generallyyounger, short of experience, professional knowledge is not enough firm, putsforward the countermeasures to solve the problem after found the problem.
