Research On Zhou Changfu’s Historical Plays

Zhou Changfu is one of the representative Fujian theatrical circles, he starts the drama creation, plays a profound ideological content and the unique artistic charm in the1980s. In this paper, according to the Zhou Changfu drama writing in the order of time of combining Zhou Changfu’s life experience and social environment on his30years of drama creation process of integrity. With its historical plays as the main research object, combining with the specific work is analyzed, focusing on the analysis of historical play his creation mentality, creative methods and artistic features. One hand, make up for the deficiency of the current academic circles for its study, on the other hand, attempt to explore drama inner spirit. Zhou Changfu drama creation in absorbing the essence of the Chinese traditional opera, also pay attention to various forms of foreign drama to reference and fusion, and forms its own unique style.
