China is a country of sea, but still not sea power, rich in marine resources, especially marine cultural resources need to be developed further and use.Fujian is a big province in southeastern coastal resources in China, with vast sea area, long coastline, rich marine resources, but in the development of marine resources especially the shortage is still developing marine culture resources, build marine province’s goal is still a long way to go. In the background of "ocean century", Fujian relying on its great advantage of marine resources development of marine culture and marine economy, promote better and faster economic and social development, build marine economic, cultural province, will undoubtedly have great and far-reaching significance.
