Country’s poor economic conditions on the government’s ability to govern a great challenge for economic reforms with a vision to become Rao and some other politicians must face the problems of the last century80to90years of liberalization, market-oriented, globalized become the main trend of world economic development, during which the Soviet Union and Eastern European countries, the evolution of social systems, economic progress Southeast Asian countries, the rapid rise of the Asian tigers and China’s reform and opening up the great achievements have been widely recognized that this trend and acceptance. In this case, it is particularly important to carry out a reform. Rao economic reforms that were spawned in this case, and this reform since the1980s in the faltering economy pushed the development of India on the road, while breaking the traditional closed economy model, the Indian into market liberalization and globalization of world development tides.This paper includes an introduction, body, and conclusion of three parts, the main contents are as follows:Introductory section outlines the topics of the research status and purpose of the study significance.Text first chapter introduces the Rao government reform before the development of agriculture in India and some existing problems in rural India, Rao government through a series of reform measures for agriculture and rural implementation of India’s agriculture has been a large degree of development, rural situation has undergone great changes, the rural population’s living standards greatly improved.Text second chapter discusses the Rao government reform in the former Indian industrial development problems of the Indian economy since independence has been practiced Nehru mode, when the domestic situation changed dramatically when the mode of economic development fetters. Rao government for the Indian industrial development problems have been reformed, changing the mode of economic development, changing the traditional system of economic management, the introduction of market mechanisms to promote the economic development of India.Text Chapter Ⅲ discusses the Rao government reform former Indian financial markets and the problems of foreign trade, through a series of reform measures, a sound system of financial markets, the Indian banking industry has been rapid and healthy development; transformation of foreign trade system, India’s economy from the traditional closed state into the tides of economic globalization.Text Chapter Ⅳ discusses the Rao government’s achievements in reform, reform of the reform experience and shortcomings.Conclusion part of the main background Rao government reform, the reform measures to reform the achievements and shortcomings of a brief summary.
