Learning knowledge is a main task of senior high school stage. In the stage, cognitive ability are developed well. The high school students have pain special attention to academic achievement. Many educationalist and psychologists have explored the factors of academic achievement. It is suggested that some of the psychological traits are correlated with academic achievement. After reviwing the researches of the psychological factors of academice achievement at home and abroad, we are going to explore the relationship of academica self-regulated ability, achievement motions and academica achievement. Using the academica self-regulated ability scale of high students and achievement motion scale is investgated350fresh students of hign school students from Da Qing city. In addition, we investigated the students’academica achievement. The results of the study show as follows:1. The academic self-regulated ability scale of high school students conclued4factors, which has good reliability and validity. The questionnaire will be used for victimization of junior high school student in the future.2. There is a significant gender difference in the psychokinesis and readiness of the academic self-regulated ability scale of high school students. Female students scored higher than male students. For the academic self-regulated ability, there are no differences in about only-child and geographical position variables.3. Ther are gender, only-child and geographical position variables differences in the achievement motions. Male students scored higher than female students. No only-child students scored higher than only-child students. Rural students scored higher than city students.4. There is a gender difference in chinese, english, politics, and science achievement, female students scored higher than male students. The no only-child students’math, politics and science achievement are better the only-child students. Rural students’s cores is higher in math, english and integrated science.5. Exception of the methods dimension of the academic self-regulated ability, the others dimensions are strong correlated with achievement motions. Academic self-regulated ability are strong correlated with academica achievements. The pursuit of success motions and the avoiding failure motion are positively related to math and science.6. Academic self-regulated ability of fresh students of hign school were positively predicted achievement motions, science, math, chinese and englishi achievements. Achievement motions can predict science and math achievements.7. The partial mediation effect of achievement motions between academic self-regulated ability and academica achievements was confirmed.
