However, there are lots of problems in its development process:duplicate theme without features; low level of marketing; the lack of professional talent; low participation of the activities; inadequate publicity. This paper aims to analyze the foundation and opportunities of Huajie, it will be involved in the rapid growth of cultural consumption demand and booming Cultural Industry, putting forward to strategies of a regional brand culture product for future development, to better inherit traditional culture, enrich the cultural life of the public and drive regional economic development.
