With the rapid development of teaching Chinese to speakers of other languages, there also have been some problems. Currently the efficiency of foreign Chinese phonetics teaching is not satisfactory. Because the researches of Chinese phonetics mainly focus on initials, finals, tones and so on while the researches of phonetics teaching materials are not numerous. However, the materials are the basis of the students learning. So the Chinese phonetic layout in the materials has a great influence on learners’ phonetic acquisition. Therefore this paper is going to find the problems of phonetic layout in Standard Chinese Course, the New Chinese Course and Boya Chinese by the statistical research of the arrangement sequence, the way of introduction and exercise design in these three sets of textbooks and propose some solutions to provide reference and leading principles to compile phonetics content in foreign Chinese teaching materials.
