Study Of Mongolian Statute Terminology

This thesis is guided by the theory and methodology of general linguistics. And it analyzes the Mongolian statute terminology’s features, the existing problems and the reasons of these problems. The thesis also explores how to regulate the existing problems of Mongolian statute terminology.This thesis is composed of five parts etc.the introduction, the first, the second part, the conclusion part and the bibliography etc.The Introduction describes the reason of choosing this topic, the present studies on it and the sources and methods.The first part elaborates the legal language and its terminology’s characteristics and the necessity of its regulation as well.The second part analyzes some problems and their causes, with examples, in present’s Mongolian legal terminologies. At the same time, it expounds the principles and methods of regulating the legal terminology.The conclusion part will generalize the paper.
