The Research About The Life Rites From Features Zhuzhi Poetry Of Wenzhou

Zhuzhi poetry, folk song features, which originated from ancient folk songs with love as their main theme, is an important carrier of the customs and people’s livelihood for an era. The earliest record of the features Zhuzhi poetry of Wenzhou can track back to the Northern Song dynasty, up to the republic years, scholars had been compiled more than two thousand Zhuzhi poetry, the quantity is impressive and rich in content. This paper is the first one to do the entire research for the rituals and customs of life in the features of Wenzhou, which includes the important ritual process from birth to death and the analysis for the characteristics of the life rites in Wenzhou. Besides the introduction and so on, the article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter, breeding etiquette and custom. some textual research for the breeding etiquette and custom in Wenzhou, such as praying for an offspring delivery-. birth and so on from the features Zhuzhi poetry is demonstrated in the paper.The second chapter, adult etiquette and custom. Combined with the features Zhuzhi poetry and related historical materials, We have done some research about the adult ceremony which only happened when scholar-officials in imperial times held the wedding ceremony in Wenzhou, mainly about the related etiquette for the male starts school, the female adult ceremony and so on.The third chapter, marriage etiquette and custom. By the analysis of more than50features Zhuzhi poetry, we have investigated various rites for the preparation before marriage, the wedding ceremony and augmented marriage. And compared the traditional marriage customs with all the districts, county and country, mainly about the exclusive etiquette and custom such as seated banquet、borrowed marriage, etc. In addition, we comb through marriage phenomena such as robbing marriage, uxorilocal marriage, child bride in flux during some specific historical period.The fourth chapter, the burial etiquette and custom. By the analysis of more than20features Zhuzhi poetry, we investigate and comb through the mentioned burial ceremony of Wenzhou in flux.The fifth chapter, the characteristics of life rites in Wenzhou. We analysis the formative reasons and the impact on production and people life mainly from the historical background, geographical environment, clan system folk belief system etc. and the paper also has done the refection on the traditional etiquette and custom combined with some customs of life rites in Wenzhou this moment.
