The Theory And Clinic Research On Jia Wei Dahuang Fuzi Granule Retain Sausage Treat Chronic Renal Failure

Objective In the study, the TCM theories of treatment according to syndromedifferentiation were used to probe into the etiology, pathogenesis、managementmethod and prescription of chronic renal failure (CRF), and to find out the efficientway of treating CRF. The goal of this clinical experiment is to probe the mechanismand therapeutic effect of Jia wei dahuang fuzi granule on treating chronic renal failure(CRF). In order to provide the scientific basis for its clinic application.Methods 40 patients fitting for chronic renal failure (CRF) criterion weredivided into 2 group. Each group is 20 cases. On the base the observing group took Jiawei dahuang fuzi granule retain sausage, the control group took maintain therapyaccording with normal medical remedy. The Course of treatment is 14 days andobserve 2 course continuously. Before and after experiment, we assayed the patient’sScr Ccr RBC Hb and blood Ca P K, recorded the change of patient’s clinicalsymptoms and signs.Results (1) In the observing group. The effect of clinical symptoms werebetter than control group (P＜0.05). (2) The observing group is superior to controlgroup at renal function, decreasing BUN Scr and increasing Ccr. Its effect was betterthan control group (P＜0.05). (3) The both groups had no influence on blood CaPK.Conclusion After clinical observation, we find Jia wei dahuang fuzi granulehad good effect on chronic renal failure, it can improve the symptoms and signs,and it can prolong the deterioration of kidney function, it has high value, lowpriceconvenient use and reliably effective.
