The Study On Effect Of Xiao Zheng Yin On The State Of Humoral Immunity Of Patients With Endometriosis

Objective: To observe how the Xiao Zheng Yin effect the level of interleukin-6(IL-6), EmAb-IgG and complement C3 of peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis,and evaluate the effect of the Xiao Zheng Yin improving humoral immunity state. In hopeof approaching to the effect mechanism of Xiao Zheng Yin from the viewpoint ofimmunity.Methods: 30 patients with endometriosis compose the treated group and are treatedwith Xiao Zheng Yin, then are Evaluated clinic therapeutic effect and the changes of thelevel of Interleukin-6, EmAb-IgG and complement C3 of peripheral blood before and aftertreatment. At equal pace, 15 patients with endometriosis compose the control group and aretreated with Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule to control other factors besides treatment factor.Results: The total effective rate of XiaoZhengYin treated group is 93.3％and that ofGui Zhi Fu Ling capsule control group is 53.3％, the treated group is superior the controlgroup significantly. The level of IL-6 of patients of treated group before treatment is 67.84±13.32pg/ml pg/ml and that of after treatment is55.01±15.35pg/ml, there is significantdiference before and after treatment. The level of IL-6 of patients of control group beforetreatment is 69.01±14.31pg/ml and that of after treatment is 63.35±13.91pg/ml, there issignificant diference before and after treatment. The change of treated group is significantlysuperior than that of control group. The positive rate of EMAb-IgG of patients of treatedgroup is 43.3％(13/30)before treatment, and that of after treatment is 13.3％(4/30), andthere is significant diference before and after treatment. There is no significant diferencebefore and after treatment in control group. There is significant diference between twogroups. The level of complement C3 of patients of treated group before treatment is1.89±0.21g/L and that of after treatment is 1.70±0.27g/L, there is significant diferencebefore and after treatment. The level of complement C3 of patients of control group beforetreatment is 1.91±0.28g/L and that of after treatment is 1.83±0.20g/L, there is no significantdiference before and after treatment. The change of treated group is significantly superior than that of control group.Conclusion: the therapeutic effect of Xiao Zheng Yin on endometrosis is positive. Themechanism is that Xiao Zheng Yin can degrade the level of IL-6、autoantibodies andcomplements of patients with endometriosis, diminish the damage of genital system,rectify the humoral immunity state and weaken the promoting function of IL-6 inendometriosis.
