The Clinical And Elementary Research On Curative Effect Of Chemotherapy In Endometrial Carcinoma And Analysis About Its Pattern Of Syndrome In Traditional Chinese Physician

Objective:This topic was approaching to the impacts of chemo therapy on endometrial carcinomacancer’s prognosis,the relationship between pattern of syndrome in traditional Chinesephysician and prognosis of endometrial cancer, results of sensitivity to anticancer agentsand pattern of syndrome in traditional Chinese physician, as well as dependablity betweenprognosis and sensitivity to anticancer agents. We desired to supply evidence for prognosticanalysis and follow up curatio of endometrial cancer’s postop.patients.Method:1、A retrospective study was carried out on the clinical data of 118 cases of recurrentendometrial carcinoma hospitalized.We had selected 108 cases of endometrial cancer’spostop patients as investigative object. Through follow-up visit of telephone and out-patientclinic, we calculated respectively these patients 5,3,2 year’ survival.Meantime, weundertook to discriminate pattern of syndrome in cases of endometrial cancer’spostop.patients,besides,calculated respectively 5,3,2 year’ survival.Meantime of fourdifferent pattem of syndrome.2、Collect fresh anticancer specimen of recently appeared endometrial cancer, uterinecervix cancer and ovarian cancer, though sensitivity to anticancer agents to determinechemo therapy Sensitivity of endometrial cancer, uterine cervix cancer and ovariancancer.Also, we undertook to discriminate pattern of syndrome in recently appearedendometrial cancer patients, calculated respectively the Sensitivity of four different patternof syndrome.Search the relationship between chemo therapy Sensitivity and long-termsurvival in same pattern of syndrome.Results: 1、Chemo therapy can raise 2,3 year’ survival of endometrial cancer’spostop.patients,compared to nulli- Chemo-therapy patients, display statistical significance(P＜0.05).2、The relationship between chemo therapy and 5 year’ survival is quiet (p＞0.05).3、About 5 years’survival, syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu, shen-yin-xu,pi-xu-gan-yu allmarked above syndrome shi-du-yu-jie (P＜0.05),but the differences among these aforesaidthree syndromes are quiet (p＞0.05).Above all, the 5 years’survival of syndromepi-xu-gan-yu is the highest,is 88.24％.About 3 years’survival, syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu, shen-yin-xu all marked abovesyndrome shi-du-yu-jie (P＜0.05),but the differences between them are quiet(p＞0.05).Above all, the 3 years’survival of syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu is the highest,is93.75％.2 yeas’survival,syndrome shen-yin-xu is marked above syndrome shi-du-yu-jie andpi-xu-gan-yu (P＜0.05), but it’s not better than shi-re-xia-zhu (p＞0.05). All 5,3,2years’survival of syndrome shi-du-yu-jie are the lowest,are 25.00％, 60.87％and 72.00％.4、Constitution of endometrial carcinoma have some sensitivity of exoteric chemotherapy.5、There are differences of exoteric chemo sensitivity among uterine cervix cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer.The conjoined sensitivity of ovarian cancer is bad than that of uterine cervix cancer(P＜0.05),But the sensitivity of endometrial cancer is neither bad than ovarian cancer northan uterine cervix cancer (p＞0.05).6、Different pattern of syndrome in traditional Chinese physician have differentexoteric chemo sensitivity.In conjoined chemo therapy, syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu and shen-yin-xu all better thansyndrome shi-du-yu-jie (P＜0.05), but the differences between them are quiet (p＞0.05).In solitary chemo therapy, syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu is better than syndromeshi-du-yu-jie, as well as shen-yin-xu (P＜0.05), but the differences between the post two arequiet (p＞0.05).7、The exoteric chemo sensitivity of syndrome shi-re-xia-zhu and shen-yin-xu isgood,meanwhile,the long-term survival of them is also good; The exoteric chemosensitivity of syndrome shi-du-yu-jie is bad,as well as its survival. To hint that positivecorrelation may exist between exoteric chemo sensitivity and survival of endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion:Undertake chemo therapy to endometrial cancer’s postop patients has exactlyeffects,can improve the prognosis,especially the temporary survival, deserve to begeneralized and used in clinic.Before management of endometrial carcinoma patients,we can undertake pattern ofsyndrome and sensitivity to anticancer agents to help judgement of pronosis, besides,makesure of personal management and elevate results.
