This article studied the treatment of the middle and late period carcinoma of largeintestine, clinical exercise and action elements at the expect of reinforcing Qi to strenthenthe spleen, clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis and promoting bloodcirculation to remove blood stasis. It is based on the theory of TCM and combinedclinical exercise. In the theory part this article analysed the middle and late periodcarcinoma of large intestine and pathogenesis by analysing ancientry literature andcombining moden doctor research; and refered to that the deficiency of the spleen is thebasic pathogeny and pathogenesis, and blood stasis and pathogenic damp is the basicpathology factor, and replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen, eliminating bloodstasis, clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis is the mostly treatment method. Weworked over Jianpiqinglihuoxue Decoction combined chemotherapy to treat thecarcinoma of large intestine at the clinic based on this theory. We looked thechemotherapy group as blank group, studied curative effect of JianpiqinglihuoxueDecoction. As a results, Jianpiqinglihuoxue Decoction can level off the carcinoma,ameliorate clinical symptom, reduce CEA and CA199 value, improve quality of life andamend toxin assistant response. It bear out that the theory of replenishing Qi to invigoratethe spleen, eliminating blood stasis ,clearing away heat evil and promoting diuresis is thelogical treatment method. And this can afford valid treatment method for a part of thepatient suffered from the carcinoma of large intestine.
