The second part:the treatment of dermatitis pesticidesObjective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of pesticide dermatitis method, for further standardization, standardization of the diagnosis and treatment of the pesticide dermatitis provide advice and improve the prognosis of patients. And puts forward Suggestions for the reasonable use of pesticides, reduce the incidence of pesticide poisoning and the case fatality rate. Methods:Collected from our hospital treatment of pesticide in four years the onset of patients with dermatitis, examination, treatment cases. All cases after receiving advice repeatedly wash skin with soap and water, or with weak alkaline cleaning(Dichlorvos class contact dermatitis patients disabled alkaline cleaning liquid, will accelerate absorb poison, using plenty of water for irrigation). Disable the hot water washing or with alcohol to swab, lest make the skin blood vessels, promote absorb poison. At the same time give hormone, antihistamines; When it is necessary to add with antibiotics and dexamethasone, vitamin C, azithromycin, levofloxacin, sago for reading therapy, etc. Blister after the big infusion treatment, the skin inflammation net ointment cha with0.02%nitrofural wet apply alternates, apply2%gentian violet liquid after drying. Acetyl cholinesterase activity decline is combined with atropine and phosphate-solubilizing injection, etc. Results:Were collected in our hospital between January2009and December2009the pesticide data of52cases of dermatitis patients,36cases of men, women,16cases, aged18-65, an average of36.2+/-11.24years old. Including49cases caused by productive and non-productive cause3cases. Organic phosphorus pesticide categories:46cases, deinsectization strain type6cases, the incubation period, less than3hours,42cases,8cases of3to6hours,2cases of more than6hours. Clinical manifestation: the itch in49cases, erythema, blister39cases,10cases of urticaria sample was detected, papule6cases,5cases with system performance, including increased leukocyte38cases,4cases were lower, blood cholinesterase activity dropped6cases.All52patients have been cured after treatment, all cases3~10d the local convergence of the wound,5~20d dermatitis recovery; No pigmentation, no scar growth. The productive causes pesticide dermatitis patients caused skin healing time was7.73+/-4.12d, unproductive causes skin healing time of pesticide dermatitis patients16.73+/-4.12d, both in patients with skin healing time differences statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The productive pesticide poisoning is clinical treatment, focused on targeted treatment, can improve the cure rate.
