Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is the most common form of dementia, and it iscurrently estimated that the number of this disease has been reached9million in China.But AD has not been effectively treated by the drug, it is the only way to ease the illnessdevelopment. Therefore it is important to indentify the candidate genes associated withAlzheimer`s Disease. Gene expression data is analyzed through designing the algorithm,and then the candidate genes related to the disease are indentified. The pathogenesis ofAlzheimer`s Disease is found so as to achieve the treatment of Alzheimer`s Disease.Clustering is a common method of computational analysis. The general idea of thispaper is that the genetic data are divided into a few categories by the fuzzy clusteringmethod, and then each category is classified again by the vertex color principle, finallythe genes associated with Alzheimer`s Disease, which is indentified by above method,are discussed. In this paper, whether the expression data have the clustering trend isjudged, moreover the fuzzy index and the number of clustering are determinedaccording to the objective function and the fuzzy cluster validity index function, andfinally the classification results and the isolated genes are obtained after each categoryis subdivided according to the vertex color algorithm.Using the above method,45isolated genes may be associated with Alzheimer`sDisease. Thereinto, three genes (SST, MOBP and NTRK2) related to AD have beenreported, three genes (KIF18A, PLEC and VIM) are associated with the cytoskeleton,three genes (HLA DQB1, HLA-DRA and SPN) are related to immune responses andthe gene IL17RB is associated with inflammation. Finally the diagram among thesegenes and Alzheimer`s Disease is shown.
