| Background: Breast X-ray examination is currently recognized as the preferredinspection method for breast cancer, especially in the diagnosis of early breast canceris more advantage. Standard2D breast X-ray angiography is limited to breast tissueoverlap, vulnerable to interference hidden cancer or normal tissue as abnormal. Inrecent years, image constantly updated equipment, three-dimensionalcontrast-enhanced breast tomosynthesis (Digital breast tomosynthesis, DBT) appears,the sign of cancer of breast lesions X-ray display resolution has been significantlyimproved, clinical diagnosis and treatment of early breast cancer accounts for theproportion increased significantly. Three dimensional contrast-enhanced breasttomosynthesis (DBT) can overcome the full field digital mammography (FFDM)because of overlapping organizations and the impact of lesions observed problem,reduce the re examination rate, reduce unnecessary biopsies, improve the detectionrate of cancer. For dense breast, DBT can reduce the "detection of false positive".Objective: Comparative analysis of three dimensional enhance fault mammarygland molybdenum target and fully digital tablet breast exams were used in order toestimate the value of three dimensional enhance fault mammary gland molybdenumtarget in the diagnosis of small clusters of calcification in the diagnosis of mammarygland.We expect to provide better clinical examination means and further improvethe level of small clusters of calcification in the diagnosis of mammary gland.Methods:80cases of patients with negative ultrasound examination were admittedin Shanxi Province Tumor Hospital from September2012to December2013. All of them were BIRADS â…£ level and the negative of hospitalized cases. All of thepatients were examined by3D enhance fault breast photography (group A) and fullydigital tablet machine breast molybdenum target X-ray (group B) to detect tinyclusters of calcification in mammary gland. auxiliary downward bud doublepositioning needle mammography breast small clusters of calcification positioningparallel operation. The SPSS13.0was used to do statistic analysis. The evaluationwas performed about initial reading time, puncture positioning pathologicaldiagnosis (positive) and irradiation times when positioning.Results: Three-dimensional enhance fault breast photography team and fully digitaltablet mammary gland machine inspection group showed statistically significant(P<0.05) in diagnosis positive rate, the average reading time and the number ofexposure.Conclusion: Compared with fully digital tablet compared breast exams,3D enhancefault mammary gland molybdenum target inspection have higher positive rate ofdiagnosis, shorter reading time and more accurate positioning, can prevent the rate ofmisdiagnosis and missed diagnosis for breast cancer diagnosis effectively. Wesuggest that patients inspect or re-examination with three-dimensional enhancedfault mammary gland molybdenum target. |
