[objective] To study the vitro elution of bone cement mixed with erythromycin derivative LY267108.[Methods] The experiment is divided into five groups, the A1-A5were added0.5g,1g,1.5g,2.g,2.5g LY267108into40g bone cement.and put the specimens into simulation of artificial body fluid extraction, and extract1ml liquid from each sample, at the given time, and stored at-20℃refrigerator. At the end determine drug released with high performance liquid chromatographic at different time points.[Results]In the first week (1d-7d), the groups showed an explosive release, and the ratio of the release was no significant difference in the same period (P>0.05), at the7th day, the group release rate was about11%; from2weeks to8weeks (8d-56d), the drug release rate slowed down,, the cumulative release of the speed difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) among the groups, and compared cumulative release rate A1> A2> A5> A3> A4[Conclusion] In the first week, the LY267108was explosive release, but since the second, the release rate slowed down. And the elution is more stable and longer in groups of2.0g.
