Objective:Compare first incision decompression treatment of osteofascial compartment syndrome, and fracture internal fixation after fracture internal fixation, and reduced pressure at the same time the curative effect of two kinds of surgical methods, and calculate the cost/benefit ratio. Methods:Collect our merger of60cases with fracture of tibiofibula bone fascia room syndrome hospitalized patients, aged18to65years old, both for trauma patients, no serious cardiovascular diseases.60cases were randomly divided into2groups,30cases in each group:Group A:Using traditional methods: incision decompression treatment of bone fascia compartment syndrome, internal fixation after fracture.Group B:Fractures fixed with relief at the same time.Surgical method curative effect of two groups was observed, and the cost of a scheme of two kinds of effect analysis.Rsult:A total of60cases of patients for surgery, randomly divided into2groups. After inspection group B therapy compared with group A is far superior. Difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Group B therapy cost-benefit more than the inimum. It is an ideal treatment.Conclution:Tibiofibula fracture bone fascia compartment syndrome fractures fixed with decompression surgery method at the same time significantly better than the first incision decompression, internal fixation after fracture.
