Objective: To observe the hip function using the cox-2inhibitor therapyperioperative during perioperative period of analgesia in total hip arthroplasty.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into observation and controlgroups. In the observation group, patients were given Celebrex (200mg)24h,12h preoperatively, patient-controlled analgesia pump postoperatively for onedays, and Parecoxib intravenous injection (40mg,2times/day)3hourspostoperatively for3days. After that, patients were given Celecoxib (200mg,2tims/day) for seven consecutive days. In control group, multi-chip to give oralpatients were given Tramadol (10mg)24h,12h preoperatively,patient-controlled analgesia pump postoperatively for one days, and Tramadolinjection (100mg,3times/day) intravenously for3days. After that, patientswere given Tramadol (10mg,3times/days) for seven consecutive days. Thepain assessment perioperative line, the hip activity records, sleep satisfactionsurveys, need painkillers after surgery assistance, the adverse reactions wererecorded.Results:2d differences in the results before the visual analog score (VAS)score two group of patients without significant resistance(p>0.05), within24 hours after surgery, after surgery, the first day,3d VAS score have significantwith sex(p<0.05), post-operative ago7d degree of pain VAS score was nosignificant(p>0.05); the hip passive activity(HA) records the observationgroup was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05),2weeks aftersurgery, postoperative need painkillers assistance number of cases the number ofcases of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05); adverse reactions nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and incidence ofthe observation group than the control group(p<0.05), observation group nightsleep satisfaction survey and higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: Hip joint function postsurgical rehabilitation recoveredsatisfactory with using cox-2inhibitor therapy during perioperative period ofanalgesia in total hip arthroplasty.
