Objective:To explore the characteristics of patients who with colorectal cancerof colonoscopy preliminary examination and review in this study.Method:Patients who were received endoscopic examination in the firstaffiliated hospital of guangxi medical university endoscopy room fromJanuary2003to December2012were included. Analysis the relationshipof colorectal cancer in endoscopic check results, such as detection rate, passing rate, parts, cancer week of body size, location and pathologiccharacteristics in gender, age, annual, quarterly, And use the Spearmanrank correlation to analysis review times and positive relationship.Result:1. Preliminary examination1.1There were3369(7.2%) patients with colorectal cancer and15(0.5%) patients with multiple cancer in46707patients who underwentcolonoscopy examination. Men(8.6%) was significantly higher thanwomen(5.8%)in detection rate(P <0.05). The older groups, the higher in detection rate, elderly group was the highest (23.2%), but youth only(2.7%). The detection rate was much lower than2011in2012(P <0.05).1.2There is no obvious difference in quarters, locations, pathological types and passing rate of Sex ratio, men is more than womensignificantly (P <0.05) which With1circle and1/2circle of the tumorbut a quarter circle.1.3Men(58.3±13.9years old) is older than women(56.2±14.2years old) in Colorectal cancer prone to age(P<0.059). Thehighest detection rate was rectal cancer in all age groups. Passing rate inmiddle-aged group(52.1%) is the highest but elderly group(43.2%).1.4The passing rate of colonoscopy examination was increased andrectal cancer increasing speed was faster than colon cancer year by year.Left colon cancer was more than right colon cancer every year.1.5The passing rate of colonoscopy examination at differentpositions is ileocecal valve(78.7%)> rectum(65.8%)> sigmoid colon(34.5%)> ascending colon(29.2%)> descending colon(21.1%)>hepaticflexure of the colon(17.7%)> transverse colon(17.3%)> Splenic area(11.0%). Cancer with1circle is ileocecal valve(31.2%)<rectum(54.9%)<ascending colon(67.9%)<sigmoid colon(68.5%)<descending colon(70.6%)<hepatic flexure of the colon(74.3%)<transverse colon(75.5%)<Splenic flexure(81.5%).1.6Compared the accuracy rate of colonoscopy positioning andsurgery, rectal cancer is indifference(100%), sigmoid colon (96%) andthe ascending colon (93.5%) is a bit poor, transverse colon is the lowest(49.5%).2. Review There were539cases of colorectal cancer patients review, in which313cases were male and female226cases,224(41.6%) caseswere positive, and there were326(33.9%) times was positive in963times. There had6cases Recurrence cancer in Local (mean age55.1±4.7years old) and10cases metachronous cancer(mean age52.9±3.3years old). They were not obvious difference of them on the age. As theincrease of age, there was obvious positive correlation with the reviewand positive times (r=0.943, P=0.005). Metachronous cancer was noevident difference in position and found in24months postoperatively,But recurrence cancer was given priority to rectum and sigmoid colonand found after24months postoperatively.Conclusion:1.Men was more than women in Colorectal cancer Colonoscopydetection rate and obviously increase with age.2.Men generally bigger than women in Colorectal cancer volume.3.Colorectal cancer easy to occur in the middle-aged group in ourcountry.4. The passing rate of colonoscopy examination was increasing andrectal cancer increasing speed is faster than the colon cancer year by year.5.Cancer size directly affect the colonoscopy pass rate, but it is notthe only factor.6.Colonoscopy is needed to further improve positioning accuracy;7.There was obvious positive correlation with the colonoscopyreview times and positive times.8.Metachronous cancer wound be found in24monthspostoperatively but after24months with recurrence when colonoscopyreview.
