Objective:①To verify effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel on improving acutemyocardial ischemia, through observing effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel onelectro-cardiogram and the active substance content of the hemodynamics parameters inacute myocardial ischemia rats.②To discuss the effects of hippocampus onacupuncture the Heart Channel in improving acute myocardial ischemia, throughobserving effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel on neurons discharge ofhippocampus and c-fos expression in acute myocardial ischemia rats.Methods:1Effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel on electro-cardiogram and theactive substance content of the hemodynamics parameters in acute myocardial ischemiarats.Randomly consisted of sham-operated group, model group, EA group andnon-acupoint group by experimenting on SD rats in4groups averagely. Referring toGuoYao method, model group and EA group were conducted through acute myocardialischemia model by ligating the left Coronary artery with a ligature reference theclassical method.EA group was treated with along the segment from “Shenmen”(HT7)to “Tongli”(HT5). Non-acupoint group was treated with EAalong the segment from tailroot1cm. To treat the three groups’ rats by EA for30minutes every time,3times as acourse of treatment, Current1.1mA,2Hz of frequency. Model group and sham-operated group were not acupuncture.After72hours, the rats’ ECG J-Point and HR, aswell as MAP were recorded and△J along with RPP was calculated by intubation ofcommon carotid artery in adopting PowerLab multichannel data-acquisition and built inChart5.0software.2Effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel on neurons discharge of hippocampus inacute myocardial ischemia rats.Randomly consisted of sham-operated group, modelgroup and EA group by experimenting on SD rats in3groups averagely. Modelpreparation and therapies were the same as Experiment One. After72hours, CA1area of hippocampal neuron discharge was tested by adopting OminPlexon-A multichanneldata-acquisition and built-in Offline Sort and Neur Explore software respectively.3Effects of acupuncture the Heart Channel on hippocampal c-fos immune cell in acutemyocardial ischemia rats.Randomly consisted of sham-operated group, model groupand EA group by experimenting on SD rats in3groups averagely. Model preparationand therapies were the same as Experiment One. Hippocampal c-fos immune cellexpression was tested by adopting technical method of immunohis to chemistry.Results:1Compared with sham-operated group, the SD rats’ J-Point rose, HRincreased distinctly and MAP as well as RPP declined obviously in model group andnon-acupoint group, whose differences have statistical significance(P<0.01);comparedwith model group and non-acupoint group, the SD rats’ J-Point declined visibly, HRlowered and MAP as well as RPP rose obviously in EA group, whose differences havestatistical significance(P<0.01orP<0.05);2Compared with Sham-operated group, the variety and quantity of the rats’ CA1areaof hippocampal neuron discharge in acute myocardial ischemia model increaseddistinctly and the discharge rate of neuronal normal, abnormal and firing increasedobviously, whose differences have statistical significance(P<0.01); compared withmodel group, the variety and quantity of the rats’ CA1area of hippocampal neurondischarge in EA group reduced visibly and discharge rate of normal, abnormal andfiring in CA1area of hippocampal neuron declined evidently, whose differences havestatistical significance(P<0.01).3Compared with Sham-operated group, both quantity of c-fos IR-positive neurons inrats’ hippocampal CA1area and level of average OD mean in model group increasedobviously, whose differences have statistical significance(P<0.01); compared withmodel group, both quantity of c-fos IR-positive neurons in rats’ hippocampal CA1areaand level of average OD mean in EA group declined evidently, whose differences havestatistical significance(P<0.01). Conclusions:①Acupuncture the Heart Channel can reverse anomalous changes of both acutemyocardial ischemia rats’ ECG and the active substance content of the hemodynamicparameters, which can have effects on improving acute myocardial ischemia.②Acute myocardial ischemia will cause changes of CA1area of hippocampal neurondischarge and c-fos expression, while acupuncture the Heart Channel can reverse thechanges, which implies hippocampus may participate in the function of acupuncturemyocardial ischemia.
