Objective:Preparation of SF-graphene oxide composite membrane (SF-GO), and evaluate SF-the cell toxicity of graphene oxide composite membrane, for late provide theoretical basis for the further experiment and clinical application.Methods:1. In the ordinary cultivation in bottle mice fibroblasts L-929;2. Preparation of sf-graphene oxide composite film;3. In the sf-graphene oxide composite membrane cultivation of L-929cells;4. A phase contrast microscope and electron microscope was used to ascertain the L-929cell morphology and growth;5.Determined by MTT colorimetric method [1] detection of graphene oxide containing different concentration (0.1wt%,0.2wt%,0.5wt%and1.0wt%) of sf-graphene oxide composite membrane at different times (1d,3d,5d,7d) of mouse fibroblast L929relative proliferation rate (RGR), evaluate its cytotoxicity. Results:With the increase of graphene oxide concentration, cytotoxicity is increasing (P<0.01);With the increase of determination of number of days, cytotoxicity of graphene oxide reduced although no statistical significance, but each overall trends are decreased;By transmission electron microscopy (sem) photos visible each basic normal cell morphology, cell growth, good for long fusiform or ovoid, and visible circular dividing cells, cells refraction. Conclusion:Graphene oxide concentration of1wt%or less when no significant cytotoxicity, can be used for further resear...
