Efficacy Of Urinary Kallidinogenase Combined With Edaravone On Acute Cerebral Infarction:a Meta-analysis

Objective To assess the efficacy of urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction.Method We searched the China National Knowledge Infrastructure, PubMed, Wanfang Data, and VIP, which were all last searched september2013.Randomized controled trials(RCTs) about urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on acute ischemic stroke were included. Meta-analysis was carried out by software Stata12.0.Result Thirty trials were included, but only eleven trials involving828patients were assessed Meta-analysis showed:compared with the union-treated group,the difference of the total effective rate was significant(P<0.001), OR=4.00,95%CI[2.62,6.11].Clonsion Compared with routine therapeutic method, urinary kallidinogenase combined with edaravone on acute cerebral infarction has better efficacy on reducing neurological impairment,reducing the rate of illness and improving the outcomes.however,more strict and multicentric randomized double-blind trials are needed to provided more convinced evidence.
