Objective To evaluate the early breast cancer conserving surgery (BCT) and modified radical mastectomy (MRM) were efficacy of domestic using three-year survival rate of local recurrence, distant metastasis, and five-year survival rate. Methods China Biological Medicine Database(CBM), Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), Wanfang Database from January2000to October2013were searched by two individuals to identify all clinical trials comparing different extents of early-breast cancer of conserving therapy controlled trials. All abstracts and citations were reviewed. The related articles function was used to broaden the search, and references of the articles acquired were also searched. Using OR and95%Cl describe effective size Just in Three-year survival rate of local recurrence, distant metastasis, and five-year survival rate of a comprehensive evaluation of early breast cancer surgery status cases.Results27Chinese literature to be included in the standard, including1136cases of breast-conserving surgery patients and1325cases of modified radical mastectomy surgery.(l) three-year survival rate index contrast, the difference was not statistically significant (P≥0.01), prompt breast-conserving surgery group with modified radical mastectomy group of three years disease-free survival undifferentiated;(2) three-year local recurrence rate, the difference was not statistically significant (P≥0.01), namely that the three-year local recurrence of breast-conserving group of rate considerably modified radical mastectomy group;(3) three-year distant metastasis indicators to analyze the difference was not statistically significant (P≥0.01), prompt breast conserving group and modified radical mastectomy group on a three-year distant metastasis rate was no significant difference;(4) five-year survival analysis perspective, the difference was not statistically significant (P≥0.01), prompt breast conserving group and modified radical mastectomy group on the five-year disease-free survival quite effective Sum up, breast conserving group and modified radical mastectomy group on long-term efficacy of domestic using three-year survival rate of local recurrence, distant metastasis, and five-year survival rate was no significant difference. Conclusion Breast-conserving surgery and modified radical mastectomy have the same three-year survival rate of local recurrence, distant metastasis, and five-year survival rate.
