Objective Through the study of C-reactive protein coronary heart disease with atrialfibrillation, to explore the relationship between inflammation and patients withcoronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation; Methods I collected30patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation inShanxi Dayi hospital Since the beginning of2013to the end of2013, and30patientswith coronary heart disease (CHD) and sinus rhythm, and the matched groupincluding30patients without coronary heart disease or atrial fibrillation to see adoctor in our hospital in the same period. Record the object of study in generalinformation and relevant medical conditions, including gender, age, hypertension, diabetes history, history of heart failure, etc. I measured the level of C-reactiveprotein (CRP) of patients in each groups., and the left atrial diameter of patients wasdetermined at the same time; Results: General data and related history between groups, including sex, age, hypertension, diabetes, medical history, history of heart failure, etc. No statisticaldifference. Each group level of CRP and LAD is shown:The level of CRP of patientswith coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation is (3.92±2.03mg/L, the level ofCRP of patients with coronary heart disease and sinus rhythm is (2.56±1.36)mg/L(P <0.05), and the level of CRP of patients in matched group is (1.78±0.70mg/L)(P <0.05);Compared with matched group, the level of CRP of the other groups ishigher, and the level of CRP of patients with coronary heart disease and atrialfibrillation is highest; The level of LAD of patients with coronary heart disease andatrial fibrillation is(36.97±5.52)mm, the level of LAD of patients with coronaryheart disease and sinus rhythm is(34.30±4.16)mm (P <0.05), and the level of LAD of patients in matched group is(31.67±2.59)mm)(P <0.05);Compared withmatched group, the level of LAD of the other groups is higher, and the level of LADof patients with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation is highest; Conclusion The increase of CRP level may be involved in the process of atrialfibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease, inflammation may have the use topromote the process of atrial fibrillation in patients with coronary heart disease, themechanism may be realized by participating in atrial remodeling.
