Purpose:1. Based on lots of literatures, take an adequate acquaintance of clinical presentation,pathol-ogical feature, and therapy in NK/T cell lymphoma, and understand the effectiveness of Radiotherapy and hemotherapy, the result provides reference information for clinical medicine and medical research.2. To comparison and analysis79cases of pathologically confirmed clinical data of patients with NK/T cell lymphoma (including gender, age, KPS score, B symptoms, the primary site, pathological staging, treatment and LDH value, survival rate),discussing radiotherapy, chemotherapy and other adjuvant therapy on the prognosis of patients with NK/T cell lymphoma.Research methods:1. Retrospective analysis from January1,2001to December31,2011,79patients admitted by Shanxi Province Tumor Hospital radiotherapy center with early nasal NK/T cell lymphoma pathologically confirmed clinical data (including gender, age, KPS score,B symptoms, the primary site, pathological staging, treatment and LDH value, survival rate).According to Ann Arbor-Cotswolds criteria:34cases of I stage, II stage45cases;28patients had B symptoms, other51cases had no B symptom;in9cases the primary site for the Waldeyer’s ring, primary nasal cavity in70cases;in the KPS score, greater than or equal to80points in68cases, less than80are divided into11cases;the abnormality of LDH in24cases, normal in41cases,14cases were not found;24of79patients with chemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in42cases;13cases of combined radiotherapy and chemotherapy treatment(including20cases by chemotherapy after radiotherapy, and chemotherapy after radiotherapy of22cases).2. Application of SPSS18.0software for statistical analysis.Taking a=0.05as the inspection level, count data using X2test;Univariate survival analysis using Kaplan-meier and Log-rank test;Using Cox model multivariate analysis, P<0.05 showed a statistically significant difference.Result:1. By the end of February2012,79cases of patients with NK/T cell lymphoma54cases survived,10cases missed, death of15cases (including13cases died of tumor related diseases). The survival analysis of Kaplan-Meier display, the median survival time was66months,the3year and5year overall survival (OS) rates were78.1%and60.9%.2. The X2test results show, there is no significant difference in79cases of patients with NK/T cell lymphoma (P=0.584), age (P=0.0.692), KPS score (P=0.531), B symptoms (P=0.805), the primary tumor site (P=0.861), pathological stage (P=0.0.662) and LDH (P=0.346) in patients with no significant difference in survival rate; While the treatment scheme (P=0.003) on the survival rate of the patients with significant difference.3. Bring single factor analysis showed variable factors are statistically significant and the factors of clinical on the possible prognostic into multivariate Cox proportional hazard model. The results showed that, gender, age, KPS score, B symptoms, the primary site, pathological stage and LDH value (P>0.05) and the prognosis of the patients. The only treatment (P=0.001) is an independent factor for prognosis of nasal NK/T cell lymphoma. Conclusion:Early NK/T cell lymphoma patients treated with chemotherapy is not good as the treatment radiotherapy or radiotherapy+chemotherapy can significantly improve the early NK/T cell lymphoma patients survival rate.
