Objective:Retinopathy in patients with aqueous humor IL-6, and E-selectin levels bydetecting diabetes, discuss both occur in diabetic retinopathy, the development of therole and clinical significance. Methods:Inpatients with type2diabetes mellitus, Shan xi hospital in June2013toDecember2013hospitalized87people, including proliferative diabetic retinopathy(proliferative diabetic retinopathy, PDR)group,21cases of non-proliferative diabeticretinopathy19cases of lesions(non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy, NPDR)group,type2diabetes but no DR lesions(NDR)group of21cases, healthycontrols(CON)group of20cases, age, gender and case group match. All of thesubjects were suffering from cataracts, aqueous humor were collected in cataractsurgery performed. Each group was measured in plasma and aqueous humorE-selectin by enzyme-linked immuneosorbent assay, IL-6levels.Results:1.the serum, aqueous humor concentrations of E-selectin levels: PDR group,NPDR group, NDR group, CON serum levels of E-selectin were (6.93±1.87)pg/ml、(26.11±8.85)pg/ml、(33.72±6.35)pg/ml'(45.11±10.92)pg/ml, aqueoushumor levels of E-selectin were (6.44±0.23)pg/ml、(22.71±4.16)pg/ml、(43.22±5.23)pg/ml'(62.55±8.32)pg/ml.2.each group serum IL-6levels in aqueous humor: PDR group, NPDR group,NDR group, CON group serum IL-6levels were(93.10±35.7)pg/ml、(155.8±27.4)pg/ml、(175.6±28.2)pg/ml、(261.2±31.1)pg/ml, aqueous humor IL-6levels were (98.01±25.7)pg/ml、(101.7±15.2)pg/ml、(343.7±21.8)pg/ml、(426.6±52.6)pg/ml.3. Serum E-selectin, IL-6levels in the control group and the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant; humor E-selectin, IL-6levels in the controlgroup and the experimental group, the difference was statistically significant. NDRgroup of aqueous humor IL-6levels and the control group was not statisticallysignificant. NPDR group, R group humor E-selectin, IL-6levels higher serumE-selectin, IL-6levels. The control group, serum E-selectin levels in aqueous humorand E-selectin and IL-6, IL-6content of the difference was not statistically significant(P≥0.05).4.The serum, aqueous humor E-selectin, IL-6levels were significantly increased.Serum, E-selectin levels in the aqueous humor of the corresponding IL-6levels werepositively correlated (rs=0.871, P <0.01; rs=0.742, P <0.01)Conclusion:1.E-selectin, IL-6plays in the pathogenesis of DR’s important role as the diseaseprogresses, both in serum and aqueous humor levels were increased, indicating thatE-selectin, IL-6to participate the incidence of diabetic retinopathy, development, andhas an important role in the formation of DR.2.Along with the development of DR, humor E-selectin, IL-6levels higher thanthe serum E-selectin, IL-6levels, suggesting that E-selectin, IL-6may have its ocularindependent mechanism of action.3. serum, aqueous humor E-selectin, and IL-6levelswere positively correlated, suggesting that E-selectin, IL-6interaction in the development process in DR jointlyled the development and progression of DR.
